Six steps from roll to dispatch

Membrane intake
PVC membrane imported from Germany, France and China enters stock by the roll.

Printing
For printed jobs, the image is UV-printed onto the membrane or lightbox fabric.

Cutting
The membrane is cut to the dimensions in the dealer's project.

HF welding
Panels are joined into a single piece by high-frequency welding.

Sewing and profiles
Edge beading is sewn onto lightbox fabric; aluminium profiles are cut to size.

Dispatch
The product ships to the dealer by the roll or ready to install.
