Below are the steps we check from the moment membrane enters the factory until shipment. We do not show technical documents as badges; we share them on request, with document number and scope.
In-house control
Checks we carry out in our Pendik facility
Imported membrane arrives in rolls; cutting, printing, welding and edge finishing to project size are done in our factory. At the end of each step, work moves to the next station only after a check.

Incoming membrane
Colour code, roll width and surface of each incoming roll are compared with the order and the colour card. Sections with surface defects are left out of the cutting plan.

Print colour
For printed work, the first output is compared with the approved file; series printing starts only after this comparison. Image resolution is checked before printing.
- 03
Welded seam
Panels are joined by HF (high-frequency) welding. The seam line is visually checked for continuity and straightness; the edge harpoon is sewn on after this check.
- 04
Dimensions and packing
The finished membrane and the cut aluminium profile are measured against the production sheet. Each package is labelled with project name and size before dispatch.

Technical documents
Each document is sent with the product, thickness and colour it covers, and the laboratory and date of issue. Include the project name and product in your request.
