Terms of Use

The site is published to present our stretch ceiling, lightbox, profile and digital printing products to business customers, to receive quote requests and to serve approved dealers. No direct sales are made through the site; orders become final with a written quote and approval.

Price ranges and calculator results given on the site or in WhatsApp conversations are estimates for information only and do not constitute an offer or contract. The binding price is our written quote stating dimensions, quantity, lead time and payment terms. Exchange rate changes may affect the validity period of quotes.

Technical values, dimensions and colours are published to the best of our knowledge and may be updated without notice. Colours on screen may differ from the actual membrane and print colour depending on display settings; for colour-critical work, approve the colour from a colour card or sample.

Rights to the text, photographs, drawings, logos and software on the site belong to Nurdoğan or to the right holders who have licensed them. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. If you want to use images to present our products in your own quote or project, write to us.

You confirm that you hold the right to use and reproduce the images, logos and designs you send for printing. Where images are chosen from stock image libraries, obtaining the licence is the customer's responsibility. Nurdoğan cannot be held liable for claims arising from a file that infringes third-party rights. Files you send are used only to prepare quotes and orders.

• Dealer account applications are subject to Nurdoğan's approval and may be declined without giving reasons.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential; actions taken through your account are deemed yours.
• Dealer prices and calculator outputs are trade secrets and may not be shared with third parties.
• Breach of these terms may lead to suspension or closure of the account.

• Attempting unauthorised access to the site, forms or servers, or uploading malicious software.
• Filling in forms with automated tools or sending bulk unsolicited messages.
• Collecting content and prices from the site with automated tools (scraping).
• Requesting quotes on behalf of another person or company with misleading information.

We do not guarantee that the site will operate without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of site information without a written quote. The content and operation of external links on the site (such as WhatsApp and Google Maps) are the responsibility of the respective service provider.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes. Where a written quote or contract provides otherwise, that provision applies.
