Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website, the quote and contact form, conversations started via WhatsApp and, once live, the dealer portal. The site is intended for business customers such as dealers, sign makers, installers and project companies.

• Information you enter in the form: name, company name, email, country, optional phone, product interest, estimated volume and message.
• Files you may upload through the form in future: dimension drawings, print artwork and similar project files.
• For a dealer account: email, company details and a one-way hash of your password.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type and time of access (security logs).
• Your preferences: settings such as language, theme and cookie consent.

• To prepare quotes, answer your questions, and produce, ship and invoice your order.
• To manage your dealer account and show dealer-only prices and tools.
• To protect the site against abuse and spam.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. In line with Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, we do not send you commercial electronic messages (promotional email, SMS) without your consent. Replies to your requests and order notifications are not covered by this.

• Hosting: the website and dealer portal servers are in Germany. The legal basis for this cross-border transfer is set out in section 6 of the KVKK Privacy Notice.
• Email delivery: form messages reach us through an email delivery service.
• WhatsApp (Meta): the WhatsApp button takes you to an external application; what you share there is subject to WhatsApp's terms.
• Google Maps: No map is embedded on the site. If you click "Open in Maps" on the contact page, Google Maps opens in a new tab and any processing there is subject to Google's terms.
• Analytics: not currently used. If introduced, it will only run with your cookie consent and the Cookie Policy will be updated.

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Dealer passwords are stored using a one-way hashing algorithm; nobody, including our staff, can see your password. Only authorised staff responsible for sales and administration can access form messages and dealer records.

No system is entirely risk-free. If you notice anything suspicious about your account, email us immediately.

Dealer account applications are approved by us. Price and cost information in your account is commercially confidential and must not be shared with third parties. You can ask us by email to close your account at any time; retention periods are listed in section 7 of the KVKK Privacy Notice.

To the extent we serve companies in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you may also send requests under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to the same contact address. You also retain the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The current version is always on this page; its date is shown in the "Last updated" line at the top.
